    The European Commission has set February 15th (tomorrow) as deadline for revamp of troubled WestLb in return for state bailout received in the financial crisis. Despite heavy weekend negotiations a deal has still not been agreed upon. If no solution is found BAFIN would be charged with closing the bank down.

    In recent trade. We're at 1.3481 from session low 1.3472. The Reserve bank of India buying seems like just some profit-taking. Last week they were notable sellers up in mid 1.36's. Nice job!!!
